How to brush
Two minutes, twice a day
Nothing unusual, apart from the sparkle.
Squeeze
A pea-sized amount onto a dry or lightly damp toothbrush.
Brush
Two to three minutes, covering every surface and along the gumline.
Don't rinse
Spit out, but skip the water. Leaving the paste on lets the fluoride keep working.

Does the shimmer stay on my teeth?
No. The light-catching particles are suspended in the paste for the brushing itself and rinse away completely. What is left is a clean mouth and fresh peppermint breath.
Does it contain fluoride?
Yes, both the Pink and Silver editions contain fluoride. The Pink edition is formulated with sodium fluoride at 1100 ppm F⁻. Check the tube for the full ingredient panel.
Why should I not rinse afterwards?
Rinsing washes away the fluoride before it has finished working. Spit out the excess and leave the rest on your teeth.
What is the difference between Pink and Silver?
Both are peppermint and both contain fluoride. Pink is a rose-tinted paste with a soft pink sparkle, Silver is a pearl-white paste with a quieter frost. Check each tube for its full ingredient panel.
