Returns & exchanges
Body care is personal, so for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, email Glow@adaybeauty.com with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
